Tastings in the cellar
Unmissable is the experience of the visit and the tastings in the cellar, where the post-harvest work takes place. Passing from the historical part, where the bottles rest in the semi-darkness under the seventeenth-century faces, to the modern one where the phases of vinification take place according to the most advanced technologies, it is the right opportunity to discover how the precious Franciacortas are made.

Gourmet and wine lovers will find excellent cuisine and wines there, to be savored in complete safety, in full compliance with the hygiene and health rules and the rules of distancing, absolutely inherent to the structure itself, since it has only 7 rooms and therefore can guarantee its guests the maximum privacy, secluded sites where you can enjoy relaxation and exercise in the green, paths among the vineyards along which to walk and pedal alone. On the table, the dishes of chef Paolo Zanardi interpret the season and best describe the gastronomic tradition of Franciacorta and the lakeside tradition of nearby Lake Iseo.
